감염 구역(Infected Zone)(이하 “앱”)은 Maru Loft Studio(운영자: 마루, 이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 텍스트 기반 생존 게임입니다. 앱은 계정 가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이 방침은 Android 앱과 Apps in Toss 버전에 적용됩니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

분석 이벤트에는 이용자가 입력한 게임 행동 문장 원문을 넣지 않습니다. 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 또는 정밀 위치를 앱에서 직접 요구하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
게임 진행 상태, 인벤토리, 기록, 설정 및 앱에서 생성한 임의 식별자는 원칙적으로 기기의 로컬 저장소에 보관됩니다. 다만 이용자가 랭킹 등록을 선택하면 위 표의 랭킹 정보가 Firestore로 전송됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 기기 내 정보가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
3. AI 입력 시 주의사항
게임 행동 입력란에 실명, 연락처, 주소, 계정정보 등 개인정보를 입력하지 마세요. 입력한 문장과 필요한 게임 상태는 해당 턴의 판정을 생성하기 위해 Google의 AI 서비스로 전송됩니다.
개발자는 AI 입력과 응답을 별도의 사용자 프로필 데이터베이스에 저장하거나 자체 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 Google은 서비스 운영, 보안 및 법적 의무를 위해 해당 정보를 자체 약관과 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 공개 랭킹
랭킹 등록은 선택 사항입니다. 등록한 닉네임, 점수 및 엔딩 정보는 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 조작 방지를 위해 앱에서 임의 수정·삭제할 수 없으며, 삭제가 필요하면 아래 이메일로 닉네임과 관련 정보를 보내 요청할 수 있습니다.
5. 광고와 유럽 지역 동의
Android 앱은 Google AdMob 보상형 광고를 사용합니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 등 관련 규정이 적용되는 지역에서는 Google의 동의 관리 플랫폼을 통해 개인정보처리 및 맞춤 광고에 대한 선택을 요청합니다. 동의하지 않으면 비개인 맞춤 또는 제한적인 광고가 제공될 수 있으며, 광고 제공에 꼭 필요한 보안·부정 방지 처리는 계속될 수 있습니다.
앱의 설정 또는 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 선택을 다시 열어 변경할 수 있고, Android의 광고 개인정보 설정에서도 광고 식별자 사용을 제한하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. Apps in Toss 버전에서는 토스의 광고 서비스가 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다.
6. 처리 근거

7. 보관 기간
- 기기 내 게임 데이터: 이용자가 앱 데이터 또는 앱을 삭제할 때까지
- 공개 랭킹 정보: 랭킹 운영 기간 또는 삭제 요청 처리 시까지
- Firebase Analytics 및 광고·보안 정보: 각 Google 서비스의 설정과 보관 정책에 따른 기간
- AI 요청 정보: Google의 해당 서비스 약관·보관 정책에 따른 기간. 개발자는 별도 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
8. 외부 처리자와 국외 이전
앱 운영을 위해 Google LLC와 그 계열사(Firebase, Google Cloud, Gemini, AdMob), 그리고 해당되는 경우 배포 플랫폼의 광고 서비스를 이용합니다. 이 과정에서 정보가 이용자의 국가 밖 서버에서 처리될 수 있으며, 각 제공자는 적용 법령과 계약상 보호조치에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
적용 법령에 따라 이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 반대, 이동 또는 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 광고 개인정보 옵션을 이용하거나 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 요청 처리에 필요한 최소 정보만 확인하며, 필요한 경우 관할 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다.
10. 아동
앱은 공포와 폭력적 상황을 포함하며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동이 정보를 제공했다고 판단하면 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
11. 보안 및 변경
전송 구간 암호화, Firebase 보안 규칙, App Check 등 합리적인 보호조치를 사용하지만 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 이 방침이 변경되면 최종 수정일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지에 반영합니다.

Infected Zone (the “App”) is a text-based survival game provided by Maru Loft Studio (operated by Maru, the “Developer”). The App can be used without creating an account. This policy applies to the Android app and the Apps in Toss version.

Analytics events do not contain the raw action text entered by the player. The App does not directly ask for your legal name, phone number, email address, or precise location.
2. Information stored only on your device
Game progress, inventory, records, settings, and the random identifier generated by the App are normally stored in local device storage. If you choose to submit a leaderboard entry, the leaderboard information listed above is sent to Firestore. Local information may be removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
3. Important notice about AI input
Do not enter your real name, contact details, address, account credentials, or other personal information in the action field. Your action text and the necessary game state are sent to Google's AI services to generate the outcome for that turn.
The Developer does not store AI input and output in a separate user-profile database or use it to train a separate model. Google may process this information for service operation, security, and legal obligations under its own terms and policies.
4. Public leaderboard
Leaderboard submission is optional. The nickname, score, and ending information you submit are visible to other users. To reduce tampering, entries cannot be freely edited or deleted in the App. You may request removal by emailing the address below with the nickname and relevant details.
5. Advertising and consent in Europe
The Android App uses Google AdMob rewarded ads. In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where applicable, Google's consent management platform asks you to choose how personal data may be used and whether personalized ads may be shown. If you do not consent, non-personalized or limited ads may be shown, while processing strictly necessary for security and fraud prevention may continue.
You can reopen the privacy options in the App to change your choice and can limit or reset the advertising identifier in Android's privacy settings. In the Apps in Toss version, rewarded ads may be provided by Toss's advertising services.
6. Legal bases
- Game operation, AI outcomes, and optional leaderboards: performance of the service requested by you.
- Personalized advertising and related storage or access: your consent where required.
- Security, fraud prevention, and limited performance or quality improvement: legitimate interests of the Developer and users, or legal obligations.
7. Retention
- Local game data: until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
- Public leaderboard information: while the leaderboard operates or until an applicable removal request is completed.
- Firebase Analytics and advertising or security data: according to the configured retention periods and policies of the relevant Google service.
- AI request data: according to the applicable Google service terms and retention policy. The Developer does not retain a separate copy.
8. Service providers and international transfers
The App uses Google LLC and its affiliates (including Firebase, Google Cloud, Gemini, and AdMob), and where applicable the distribution platform's advertising service. Information may be processed on servers outside your country. Providers process it under applicable laws and contractual safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Use the advertising privacy options in the App or contact us by email. We verify only the minimum information needed to handle a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
The App contains horror and violent scenarios and is not directed to children. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us to request removal if they believe a child provided information.
11. Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, and App Check, but no system can guarantee absolute security. If this policy changes, we will update the date and content on this page.
